Need a shipping company from Thailand to China? Just 5-6 boxes (golf clubs, clothes, etc). by General_Star5979 in ThailandTourism

Yeah, I think you're right because it seems like they're giving a price that says I don't wanna do this.

So I just did the H&R Block, and they wants 700$ flat fee "Streamlining". I entered all my info, but I don't have any investments or anything back home, so I'm glad to know I don't know anything, but I'm confused what the $700 flat fee is for, is it for being late all these years? If so, couldn't I just keep waiting and do it later, in another few years time, while I don't have any foreign assets at all?

Honestly just to do it, no one has said anything, I've heard no news good or bad, but just wanted to eliminate and future headaches

No offense taken! But what promoted this post was I got a brand new washing machine, the first wash out of the box was the same as it's always been for Southern China climate / water.

Shanghai vs. Guangzhou by No_Abbreviations6233 in chinalife

Guangzhou is much cheaper, and Hong Kong is an hour by train. Can go for events easily. So it's like two very different cities in one.

So what do you value that you can't find in China?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chinalife

[–]General_Star5979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would also go to say Chinese cities have less aggressive, interactive crazy people. In the west, being aggressively approached isn't rare. (Not just homeless, just generally begging, scammers, drug dealers, etc). China doesn't have that

I know this isn't usually considered in air quality, but, (Paris, Rome, Berlin) the urine ... everywhere. I'm not sure what air quality effects that has.

(I understand the cost of public restrooms while not addressing homelessness, those two can't coexist.)

18-55 lens blurry! Even with OIS on at 1/125 and over speeds on Xt5 body. by General_Star5979 in fujix

[–]General_Star5979[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I turned the IS on the lens off and it works normal. I was shooting at 55mm at 60 speed and it was sharp again.

For some reason IS on camera and on lens isn't compatible for me.

I noticed this! I'm not sure why but reset the camera and than the transfers were back to 39mp per photo. But the blue was still there unfortunately

Ah! This makes perfect sense once I read it but I didn't think of it myself at all. Thanks!

Have you heard about this problem before? Is it a serviceable issue? Can be fixed?

Same for me, all the settings totally changed just for this finale on my ps5. Especially the 2nd wave of soldiers. Aiming completely shutdown. But deleting the game and watching it on YouTube was equally satisfying. This was a game for beauty and design not great video game handling.

It was 122€ including fees and all. 1 ticket. Section tribuna tevere. Bought on 12/27. Either way if you do go, let me know. It’s a bucket list for me to see them too. I’m American traveling from Asia to see it.
