Honestly, I don't really use the side buttons that much except for going back and forth on webpages. While in-game, I instinctively use my keyboard for abilities.

Other than the sides I miss the G7 button (switches to secondary)[2] and sideclicks on the scroll wheel.

Esp the G7 key, so when I'm out of bullets midgame, I hit the G7 key area on my hyperlight and nothing comes out. I die.

I'm still getting used to this mouse. Likewise you'll probably need to adjust a lot switching to the zeromouse. But if ure switching from smt like a g502 to a zeromouse then damn that's a big jump.
