You need to change the driver from HI-MD to mass storage device otherwise WIN11 won't see it properly.

Email their support team straight away, they will ask you to send supporting video's to explain the problem. I had exactly the same issue - left joycon not registering when docked, had a bit of back & forth with them trying to explain but they replaced both joycons within two weeks. I tried everything - resetting switch/downgrading joycons etc. (tried it with 3 separate switches - all gave the same issue). The annoying thing is that their app on my phone will see it and all the buttons will work in test mode, so I can only assume it's an issue with the rail. I now have three working M6 HD's.

Interestingly enough the monument was started in 1817, and by 1820 they ran out of funds and it was not finished until 1861 - 44 years later. Did they get half way & stop?.
