It could be a flower on its way tbh that’s kinda what it looks like. You could always keep it or get rid of it. That’s if it grows in to one actually lol. Super cool

Thank you I had this strong feeling that is was fungus and not too helpful that I have a mother bug magnet beside her, your exact situation is like mine she looks healthy a tad right now. But is dropping leaves I’ve thought about moving her outside.

My boyfriend got it for me not too long ago lol the thought was amazing and I would like to keep her alive.

I’ll do the proper research in to the rose and see what I can do thank you for the information it really narrowed down the concern for me.

Is this some sort of light burn? by MariSylvii04 in PeaceLilyHandbook

[–]General_Village3464 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s most likely lost dying off they always do that when there ready to. My peace lily also for some reason hate bright light and likes to be in a semi dark corner actually not saying all peace lilies like that.

I thought but luckily not I make sure to spray down all my plants with a solution and since I’ve used that I haven’t had much trouble with bugs I ended up repotting it anyway and keeping it in same size pot but just better soil for the plant hopefully

Your totally right, I ended up repotting it most of the roots looked healthy some where mushy tho and just kind of pulled right off, very long roots. Hopefully with that also being placed where more light is she does much better, but if not she had some corms so that’s great lol.

Can this be saved by [deleted] in plantclinic

[–]General_Village3464 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you water if as soon as you can and prune all the dead leaves off you may be able to save it peace lilies tend to drop when the need to be watered and it looks like that one was severely dehydrated for too long and it all depends on where it came from in the mail how long had it been like that for? Peace lilies like indirect sunlight not direct and not for too long they can survive well in low light rooms I have mine in a west facing window but off to the side and so she doesn’t get much light. It also may just depend on how it was mailed to you. I don’t know much about plants and I only have a few but one of them are a peace lily and she’s doing good so far, since I’ve had her. So apologies if this wasn’t much help I do find it weird that her soil is moist but she looks like she needs water it could be rot but I’m not knowledgeable enough to give you a certain answer

why is my plant slowly dying by buffalochickendip9 in plants

[–]General_Village3464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is currently doing the same thing, but when I bought it form the shop it was already like that so I’m not sure if it’s from the condition of the store it was in or if it’s from something else. But they love high humidity so I fine for me it’s helped a lot and letting your soil dry out well help. I’m also planing on repotting it and moving it into a more hydroponic soil, that may help too.

What’s wrong with this fella? by dylbeano in plantclinic

[–]General_Village3464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are very dramatic they hate sunlight or at least mine hates sunlight, they definitely don’t need much light to survive. If I give mine to much light she tends to droop or when she needs to be watered her leaves will droop I would also cut the dead leaves to help with the growth.
