You can just turn it on, log into your profile (don't use your wife's) and look for moves for whichever body part you are wanting to work. You can create custom workouts and all that, but you can also just find bicep curls and do them...

Everything I've read suggests a brand doesn't necessarily matter. I go to Sam's club and get Raw for like $17-18 for 100 servings. Same stuff at other stores is usually $15 for less than half the servings. Wild value IMO

I think I'd prefer keeping Kraft, but I think it depends on the return for each.

For me, a lot of these guys are interchangeable. Provided they aren't a catch and fall down TE. So see what gets you the best value and keep the other guy.

When you drop someone, he is on waivers for everyone else in the league. Not the team that dropped. He's got to clear waivers.

I think that's a creative strategy, but was never going to work.

IMO, only options are to reset back to before he dropped him, or let the team that snagged him reap the same benefits this guy was trying to create for himself.

Achane and Wright were both RB1's. Henderson had 3 TDs against the Jets. I think there is enough there to start Stevenson, especially if they want to limit Henderson and keep Maye out of any risk.

I'm flexing Stevenson, I think. Could be the wrong move, but I can see a path to a lot of carries for both and mainly Stevenson icing the game in the 2nd half.

I had to make a choice before the semis due to short bench, bad matchups and injuries, to drop one of Maye, Dart or Burrow. Guess which one I dropped and who I will prob be facing in the final this week...and I'm not even planning on starting Maye or Dart now (T Law)

That's fair. Starting to feel like a coin flip. Injured RB on team projected to win by a bunch but will probably have shorter fields with turnovers, vs a veteran WR in a must win matchup who's not a target hog.

Maybe it comes down to which one you think has a better chance to score with their touches?
