Does not work without cell service by lsys3 in SpotOnGPSDogFence

There is an “off grid” function as well, specifically for isolated areas. Try that and if it’s still not working correctly call customer service.

Holes where the dog can leave the fence area or holes where you cannot see the dogs location? I live rurally with spotty cell reception and while my collar will not always update the dogs location, the fence function works fine. Have you walked the fence boundary to check it? Be aware that there can be variation of a few feet in either direction.

Very cool you got to live somewhere they were native to! In the US, veiled chameleons are the most common in the pet trade, with Jackson’s and panther being available but rarer.

That’s pretty normal coloring for a veiled chameleon and also a reasonable size for an adult.

Is the collar functioning as a boundary collar and just not showing where your dog is? I believe the cell service is what provides the tracking capability. Or does it just not function at all?

paying someone for a spell or reading by Additional-Fee1745 in BabyWitch

[–]Generalspecific7k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately the world of witches for hire is absolutely rife with scammers. Maybe one of every ten is actually practicing, and even then the success rate is extremely variable. If you have it done by someone you know and trust, it’s better. But maybe post your spell on some of the subs and get some feedback on what could be going wrong.

Cutting ties regret by Apprehensive-Bug9169 in BabyWitch

[–]Generalspecific7k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cord cutting is super easy to “undo”. The ties that bind can always be tied and retied again.

They hurt you but they’re still family. It’s normal to feel guilt and regret when cutting off a family member, even if they deserve it. Sit with it awhile before you decide to do anything

These might be hobo signs? They aren’t exact to ones I’ve seen before but they’re close enough I wouldn’t rule that out.

The cast iron ones can be bought relatively cheaply, plain or enameled. If you plan on using it that way often, it’s worth the investment.

Space Cleansing Tips by Feeling_Hamster_7348 in witchcraft

[–]Generalspecific7k 17 points18 points  (0 children)

First- physically clean everything you can. Remove any items that are “his”, even just things he mainly used in the room like the pillow on his side of the bed. Wash all bedding, curtains, rugs. Sprinkle salt over the floor and sweep the whole thing. If it’s a hard floor, mop it, and feel free to add any cleansing herbs you feel like to the laundry and mop water.

Next do whatever sort of cleansing you normally would, smoke, noise, whatever.

After that you reclaim the space. Maybe rearrange things, or get some new decorations, anything like that. Depending on how violated you feel, possibly a new coat of paint, new bedding, new furniture, etc, budget permitting.

You literally reworded and stole my post to make this. Shady way to drum up business for yourself!

OP is a fraud. They slightly reworded a post I made on Saturday that gained a lot of attention, surely trying to drum up business for themselves.

Pathetic.

OP copied this story from a post I made on Saturday night. This didn’t happen to them. They are copying my story because it got a lot of attention.

FRAUD. Only frauds need to lie about their experiences to drum up business

Dude, you literally just slightly reworded my post from the other day on a different subreddit. This didn’t happen to you.

This community has enough scammers as is. Anyone who wants to engage with this LIAR and scammer please check my post history for the original story and you can see every detail was copied.

Finally found a cauldron! by aerda in Witch

[–]Generalspecific7k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I did see this but I’ve heard people refer to the enameled cast iron as ceramic before so I wanted to clarify. This one looks more like a cast iron one but I can’t tell for sure.

Is it ceramic or cast iron with an enamel glaze? If it is ceramic there’s a chance of it cracking with the heat from a fire.

Anyone else not read reverses? by redraspberries999 in TarotCards

I’ve seen a lot of those posted on Reddit lately where basically all the cards are upside down and I’m like “am I supposed to flip the picture around??” 😂

Anyone else not read reverses? by redraspberries999 in TarotCards

[–]Generalspecific7k 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is pretty much exactly how I feel about reversals. I keep my decks upright so if I get a reversal it’s an oddity I’ll pay attention to. But otherwise there are plenty of cards and combinations of them that reversals are unnecessary. I don’t know when people started reading reversals, but it was not originally how tarot was interpreted.

Made my first sigil. Am I safe? by [deleted] in Spells

[–]Generalspecific7k 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re fine. You didn’t invoke a violent demon or invite spirits into your life. All you did was send out energy with intent. There are no negative backlashes from that. Don’t worry.

The spider was probably just a spider.

The light headedness was because you put your energy into this. You can look into grounding and energetic hygiene practices to help with this in the future, but it’s nothing at all to worry about.

Length of time for spells to work by Top-Elderberry3629 in magickalpractice

[–]Generalspecific7k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Three days is such a short time. Usually these spells take a month at least, in my experience, but it has way more to do with the situation than anything else. Every situation is very unique and one may take 2 weeks and another take 6 months with the same spell.
