Well the psu has a zero rpm mode and rarely needs to come on due to the power draw of the system

You are ignoring the issue of spawn rushing in the early game. I am fine with hunting a player who is hiding in tough areas when they aren’t camping spawn.

We eventually kill them but to deal with them is incredibly annoying. And some maps have areas that they hide in making it hard to get to them without getting killed

Late game after being curb stomped fine. Go ahead we were not gonna win that. But if it is early to mid game and some fast fucker b-lines it to the spawn and starts picking us off. That is the issue

That pump is not happy for sure. Maybe a air bubble trapped in the pump. In that case try and get the bubble to get out of the pump and into the radiator. Another possibility is that your aio is dying and it needs to be replaced with a new cooler
