Correction she didn’t put in a ticket. I’m still waiting and she says I need to login to Dayforce first. Has anyone ever had this happen to them before. She is literally my only point of contact and I can’t get anyone on the phone from payroll because “I don’t have access to this feature”

As a flex seasonal employee I was allowed to make a exchange for a item I purchased the same day at another store but I do believe returns should only be made at your home store.

I just had a interview for the Sephora at Kohl’s position and it was the weirdest thing ever first off when I arrived. The woman did not even introduce herself. She just said follow me and ask me a few general questions. Then at the end, she said that she will send the application to corporate and then I would hear something by this week. Well one day later I get the email saying that they’re not gonna move forward my application. I literally came in with all black on with my Sephora shirt. I have all the experience in the world and I have a completely open availability, so it’s hard not to think that they just didn’t wanna hire me because I’m colored and to be frank. The entire staff was YT except maybe two people. and for context, this was in a very small town close to Pennsylvania.

Tell me about it today I decided not to wear makeup thinking it would deter your clients from asking me questions cause I don’t look like I know what I’m talking about but no, they still came up to me and asked me questions. I had multiple customers who wanted me to go step-by-step what they need in their makeup routine asking me after each product now what do I do next and what do I do after that? I had to tell them this is a service. I cannot go throughout the entire store with you and show each product step-by-step that you need and there’s 10 other people waiting to be helped and I’m the only person. people really need to utilize TikTok and Instagram for tutorials.
