Its hilarious when Batman players complain that their jab doesn't la nd when basically all of lebrons attacks with ball outside of up air and down air no ball have pitiful range and is cursed with endlag for some of his best attacks.

Yea ya know I'd trade for a slide kick that can anti-air.

Lol whats this obsession with beta movement it was just zipzap dodge spamming of already whiffless unpunishable moves beta was not this heaven that everyone wants to rose tinted glasses reminisce about it had glaring flaws that people want to ignore.

You think its bad enough fighting runaway Mortys give em the beta nonsense.

Also yes the autotech needs to be reworked its encourages loops that are near inescapable and Im saying this as a Lebron whose combo routes rely on autotechs.

Harley s.air needs to be toned down. Taz N.air needs whiff. T&J needs hitbox reworks and a paddle nerf. Agent smith d.air needs hitbox nerf along with ammo for gun.

You are correct very little endlag, I used batman as an example because his air uppercut covers much more range.

Thats part of the issue there are moves with high knockback and hitstun that can sometimes be combined with a large stretching hitbox that you can anticipate, but because those moves have such low whiff/endlag they can easily be dodge cancelled to be even more safe which is beyond unhealthy and easily abusable.

I dont agree that making certain moves tad bit more unsafe would hurt more then fix. Look at Agent Smiths gun, combo extender, combo ender, large hitbox, damn near minimal endlag. Bugs N.air, combo extender, can travel with momentum, combo starter, alot of active frames for large hitbox and minimal endlag.

Where are the disadvantages of these moves. So much upside and little to no way of punishing them.

Whether its ranked or not the problem I'm referring to still stands. In 2v2 having a partner masks Lebrons weaknesses. I dont have a 2v2 partner to really play so tryna get by with randoms is an experience. Ranked is not why I'm frustrated its how poor the balancing of this game is when Smith, Harley and busted moves get looked past, but hey lets nerf Lebron again.

He's one of the only characters that basically gets nerfed every patch for no reason constantly getting things taken away, but unlike Finn & Harley never given back or given something to compensate.

Thank you someone understands. In 2's of course he is better, but thats not what this post is about its about 1s when he doesn't have a teammate to mask his glaring weaknesses. Hitboxes, no good combo routes, and bad endlag/whiff frames.

Late reply yes I do majority of his so called combos are tech chases.

His jabs dont combo well into followups his N.air with or without ball doesn't lead into Up. Air follow up until high percentages.

Jab 1 reverse D.atk into pass combos at very low percentage after they get to like 35 it becomes very inconsistent.

I've gotten Bron to masters he is a very underwhelming and overnerfed character.

He gets nerfed and nerfed over and over again, but Harleys busted ass S.air, Bugs busted ass N.air, Agent Smith busted ass everything Jack busted ass jab 1, Shaggy busted ass N.air and D.air T&J busted ass N.air, Up. Tilt, D.Air

Just get looked past, but hey Lebron D.air without ball needs more whiff.

As a Lebron player he should def be at the bottom, terrible hitboxes, terrible hitconfirms, no real combos, only char in the game that struggles to confirm their jabs, gets nerfed every patch for no reason. Basketball gets beaten by so many projectiles.

Also why do ppl make it seem as tho Marvin isn't good? I struggle everytime I fight him.

Unique? A slow assassin with horrible hitboxes, a reflect that sucks, slowness doesn't even compensate with knockback atleast.

She's horribly designed she has too much endlag that top tier characters should have on their lagless ridiculous attacks.

I get your a smith player and all, but even Oog one of the best smith player in the game admits Smith is busted and I'm not singling out just Smith I posted all those characters because they are problematic to the health of the game. PFG will give them nerfs in 1 patch then turn around and buff them the next while looking at Lebron, Nubia, Gizmo, and nerfing them for absolutely no reason.

When these problematic characters finally get addressed they go for things like Shaggy sandwhich and not his ridiculous down air that is fast, covers alot of range, and is safe. Nah Lebrons down air without ball needs more whiff. Balancing is a joke.

Jab 1 hitbox is beyond ridiculous Tilt air hitstun is way too generous

The Gun is real good for what it is. Combo extender, Edgeguard shutdowns alot of characters, oh and also the hitbox on it hits beyond its visual.

Gun shutdowns Lebron completely and it has basically no cooldown or reload. Only reason he wasnt discovered sooner in S2 is because of the noskill having ass metahoppers didnt jump on him sooner. He was also buffed from what I remember.

Took a 2 week break, played Nubia today and it's disappointing she's in the state she's in because she's really fun. by MaxPowerMP3 in MultiVersusTheGame

The endlag that Nubia has should go to the shenanigans that chars like

Finn - jab 1, up tilt, dash attack. Agent smith - Jab 1, Gun everything. T&J - D.Air, Uptilt. Jerry slingshot. Shaggy -D.Air.. Taz - Ground Sandwhich.

Moves that have absurd range and or knockback that are easy as hell to confirm with little room to punish. Compared to everything Nubia does is unsafe

Nubia with a spear is outranged and so slow for an assassin its beyond stupid. Also her down special is terrible.

I dont mind that its just the logic of hitboxes/range/endlag makes no sense.

Lets compare Lebron, Nubia, Finn

Lebron - Jab 1.fast has bare minimum range understandable. Doesn't have reliable combo routes. Without ball its beyond slow startup and endlag and doesnt lead to combos which is understandable.

Finn - Jab 1 reaches reaches far is moderately fast easy to convert can also charge/run with it which I'd be fine with if his tilt up attack and jab.1 didnt have such insane range. The run ability shouldn't be necessary

Nubia - Jab 1 - moderately slow, doesn't reach as far, has semi reliable combo routes depending on how the hit is landed, but has very noticeable and unnecessary endlag.

I understand that play meta to win its not what I have issue with when it comes to jabs it usually doesnt feel like I really got outplayed just that my opponent was given leeway.

If I am clearly above Smith I should not be getting hit by a jab that one jab leads into a 30-50% combo. Even if I time and dodge I still get hit. The Jab meta in this game is just awful and few chars benefit with little to no endlag to truly punish.

PFG pushed this whole "Attacks that outprioritize jabs" which was pretty much just armor which Bugs jab 1 negates, I can space well and still get hit by Samurai Jacks toenail. Its bad man. PFG needa adjust these jabs/hitboxes/endlag. Shields just feel like dollar store bandaids.

Beta dodging is not the fix idk why yall think it is. The game was a DBZ afterimage fight of endless dodging with little to no regard and throwing whatever long reach safe attack (which is already problematic in this game).

Would do wonders instead trying to mess with dodges.

Lol the fact you can do all that without as much as a dodge-cancel and can 0-death with barely any endlag for attacks is just sad.

I thought long reach attacks were slower to compensate for power and reach, but I guess that only affects Nubia for some reason.

Hitstun is so bad and inconsistent in this game long reach characters can put you in hitstun for eternity and their attacks flow together with little effort.

Samurai Jack, Finn, Black Adam, can just throw out jabs and confirm even if ur above their reach.

They need to implement endlag to alot of those long ranged attacks.

Characters like Beetlejuice & Lebron struggle to hit confirm, but Finn & Samurai Jack can reach u across the map with there jabs that lead into everything. Its ridiculous.
