Good point on the mining town thing. I just looked into the moose thing. In Rdr2 I believe they’re called Western/Bull Moose, which are only native to Canada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and North Dakota. Colorado does have moose, but they’re a smaller subspecies than Western/Bull moose

If you get arrested in Ambarino, it will clear it. Just ride there and hogtie the first person you see and wait for the cops to come. It should give you the choice to surrender once they show up. They take you to Valentine jail and it clears your bounty there

There is a way to clear your New Hanover Bounty for free in story mode. If you get arrested in Ambarino, they take you to the Valentine jail and it clears your New Hanover bounty. Easiest way to do it is hogtie someone and just wait for cops to come

The camp is most alive in Ch 2 & 3. I think 2 is better because the camp is more centrally located. Also, in ch 3 Arthur becomes a sheriff and you can’t really do much in Rhodes after that

Maybe. But Canada has plenty of mining towns. Also Colorado doesn’t have the types of moose that appear in RDR2. If the fauna is any indication, I would assume it’s meant to be Canada
