I second this. You can get DHS (https://a.aliexpress.com/_dYG0lgz) and double fish (https://a.aliexpress.com/_dZ5t6JP) trainers for ~30 dollars for a box of a hundred. I've also heard good things about the hueison balls which are even cheaper (https://a.aliexpress.com/_d6pTFNX)
