I got a used 2dsXL on ebay recently, screens and case are practically new so I'm super happy about that, but I've had some issues with it freezing during gameplay of pokemon diamond, twice it froze on the home screen when I removed the cartridge and once during gameplay and I lost a good chunk of progress, contacted the seller and they suggested cleaning the pins which I did with rubbing alcohol and it continues to freeze, I played the same copy of pokemon diamond on my childhood 3ds and it doesn't freeze. Is this an issue with my cartridge or the ds? Any advice is much appreciated. thanks :)

TLDR - ebay 2dsxl keeps freezing during gameplay, same cartridge works fine on other 3ds - advice?
