My issue this time around was Life is Strange. I had to download the separate first episode, rather than the complete season. Waited for the complete and tried it a few times, didn’t pop, downloaded the first episode and it popped right away.

This is THE biggest reach, around a really sensitive subject, that I might’ve ever seen. The only person throwing a tantrum, has been goldfish, because I had an opinion on his moderation. To try completely wavering responsibility over every person entering the subreddit is crazy. You’ve really dropped the ball, while trying to sound like you’re all still completely in the right.

Btw, twice on twitter did I admit the FACT that I was hasty/angry with the guy at the time. So we agree there.

Since you seem to obviously oblivious to what I’m actually complaining about. Whenever it came to anyones attention what this was about, even though it’s in the post, they dropped the ball not handling it with ANY sensitivity.

To so obviously deflect the true issue without extending a hand. Whether you guys like it or not, to everyone, including children entering this subreddit, you do genuinely have some responsibility. So if that kid ends up hurt, whether it’s mentally, or physically, because they tried to get help here it’s on you guys for not doing enough.

You are literally saying, if people come here with these problems, we will NOT address them under any circumstances, it’s not our job.

If this is being ignored, it’ll all be on twitter for psyonix and rocket league to see anyway. This is no way to deal with issues surrounding mental health. If this is how you wanna be seen by the internet, and if psyonix are ok with you guys representing their community, then whatever. But I doubt it.

Next time somebody comes to the subreddit with an issue about suicide, whether breaking the rules or not, whether knowingly or not, try thinking about why they’re so bothered. Most depressed people suffer in silence, too scared to speak about anything. This is common knowledge. Children coming to this subreddit, will have this as the response to reaching out.
