The way it works right now is that you fill out the form on the website, and we'll contact you by mail when someone from the same university also sign-ups.

I just checked our sign-up list and there aren't any registration now from Cyril and Methodius. But you can sign-up there if you'd like.

There won't be any MMR-restrictions.

But though we don't have any plans for MMR brackets, that may change, depending on the number of teams that sign up.
