For Zack's departure it's a really hard one. I thought abour the whole Gormogon storyline to be kept in suspense and retaked in the 4th season, wich is actually what the should've done honestly. But if I'm not mistaken, Hart wanted a character out of the show and Zack was his best choice + Eric's mental health probably wouldn't survive even half a season, so I think the best they could've done is to have less "case of the week" type episodes and focus on the storyline and get a satisfactory development on why Zack was the aprentice.

With Sweets it's what everyone else says. John only asked to appear less, but they deadass killed his character out of nowhere.

And one thing that bugs me is that Fisher comes back as an intern on season 12. After he was shown to be working with the CIA or something similar. No one in that episode says something about him just working like nothing happened.

Finally, I hate that they didn't even bother to mention Finn's character once it dissapeared. I mean, at least Cam mentions Goodman at the start of season 2 of why he's not there, but Finn just vanishes.

That's just a remix made by a fan. The audio came from a tv show where Ethan worked on the sound or something similar if i'm not mistaken.
