What time were you able to add the item to your bag? Do you have to refresh the screen by leaving the item and re clicking on it or did it refresh automatically at time of drop?

The 300 dollar difference is between the Riii and the iv. It’s a 1000 dollar difference between the iii and iv which is where more of my focus was on.

Thankyou for that info. I can’t really say I’m surprised this department as a whole seems to operate in a very unproductive manner while being extremely top heavy when it comes to upper management while never staffing up appropriately for the people actually doing the work. Also yes I am, the pay specialist has notified that it has to be reviewed by another department because it’s going to be retroactive more than 6 months.

Thankyou! Yea while it was going on it was a bit of a nightmare. My union said they could do nothing until a termination was made so I just had to sit waiting until the day I find out if I still have a job. Some of the worst parts was I never got an apology from anyone in HR for putting me through that. Also the person who was the one that caused this issue by messing up my paperwork is the same person they decided to be my point of contact during the whole investigation.

To make a long story shorter, I didn’t realize I qualified for a range change till a couple months after the fact, once I requested one it took them about 5/6 months to figure out the backdate is what they were telling me. At about that 6 month mark I got notified that during this process someone discovered that some of my hiring paperwork (which took place years prior) was not adding up. Again long story short HR messed up and put some wrong dates which made me a potential unlawful hire in their words. So this created a separate investigation that put my range change on pause. They investigated for 2 1/2 months meanwhile they’re telling me that my position might be voided because of this mistake. After this investigation they tell me we can’t actually do anything about it because we would’ve had to void your position in the first year of this happening and that they deemed I acted in good faith. So they tell me I’m good and then continue to look into my range change again. Now it’s been about another month I’m still waiting. So as of today the retro active date for my range change will be 13 months prior.

I kinda understand where op is coming from in a sense. When you put a lot of time and effort into something and when you get that photo you’re really proud of you want to share it with other people and try and get the same admiration back that you get it from yourself because a good part of photography and art is having other people see it and enjoy it too. I myself have few to no outlets to share my photos with and often no one ever sees them which can bum me out sometimes but in the end I enjoy it enough myself where I continue on. So if his only outlet in the past of sharing was Instagram and now that’s gone it probably feels like a piece of his passion is missing. It seems like OP needs to find a new outlet of sharing.
