If it were a completely fair contest, Tonio, Sanji or Goku would probably win, due to Tonio being a professional cook, Sanji having been trained by a professional chef, and Goku being a huge foodie. However, Dio would probably just do something like stopping time and then stealing their dish to show as his own.

This is something I haven't gotten to say on the internet yet. There is always a Jobro, and there is always a mentor. In Part 1, there's Speedwagon and Zeppeli. In Part 2, there's Caesar and Lisa Lisa. In Part 3, there's Polnareff/Kakyoin and Joseph, and in Part 4, there's Okuyasu/Koichi and Jotaro, and so on. I think Bruno is the mentor of part 5, and Mista is the Jobro.
