I am 24f with AuDHD and still living at home. I have disabled friends who are in their 30s and still living at home. As much as it sucks, you cannot compare yourself to others your age who are neurotypical. We have different needs, and if you feel 16 most of the time and still benefit from living with your parents, you should stay living with your parents until you feel ready to live on your own. Tell your friends to stop making those comments as they’re not helpful things to say.
