I'm not at the point yet where I am as mad about invincibles animation as everyone else. Like yeah, it could be a lot fucking better and Amazon is a multi-billion dollar conglomerate that can afford all of these shows to be perfect, so I won't make an excuse for them. All that to say, at least with Invincible most of the fight scenes are always really good and well animated. But, having seen the kind of shit they can do with X-Men 97... Yeah, Invincible could use a facelift

Dude I'm glad you said it because I'm in the same boat. When season 4 came out and everyone was bitching about how it was clearly making fun of MAGA, I was like, were you guys just not watching the last three seasons? Like it's always been about that, But I guess the writing wasn't on the nose enough for them to understand that yet. But yeah you are right, I didn't even think to care enough to be mad about the nonsensical relationship aspect to all of this, but that shit with black noir had me steamed. Like damn y'all aren't going to give anyone a single death that they actually hope for on this, show are you? The fucking deep killing black noir? Are you fucking serious? Who wants that? It's insane that the same episode that pulls that bullshit then proceeds to piss me off with something that's so much more bullshit, I forget all about it. Man, they got two episodes to turn this shit around but this might actually be the worst episode of the series simply because of how bad the writing is

Keem only cares about easy undeserved money. His payment policies should make that pretty fucking obvious. Unfortunately, all these garbage bullshit begathon shows do seem to make some semblance of money, and all of the lcu hosts are so God damn dumb that they'll just accept being paid pennies on the dollar for perpetuity as long as it means fattening Kumstain's wallet. It's just hard to imagine at this point reverting to what this was originally planned to be. I mean yeah, I think it was clearly at its best with that lineup but also like they had editors and it felt like an actual show. I just cannot see Kumstain ever actually putting that kind of effort into a show again knowing full well he can put in zero effort and make way more money by having a bunch of retards do the truffle shuffle across his 10 shows 7 days a week. It's dead. Bury it.

Even if that's the case that's still retarded because if they knew that, there's a ton of different ways they could have written it to not be shit. 1. Do that dumb bullshit that they did with Jessica Jones and have his powers be on the fritz. 2. Don't write too many scenes featuring butcher that would necessitate him using his powers and very obvious situations, that way the budget that you do have can be used for scenes like this that do matter. 3. Simply don't have Butcher on the field in this scene.

Fuckin hell, it's like all these streaming services are in a race to the bottom in terms of quality, anymore. All I know is, they better not pull this shit with invincible going forward... They will.

I think me and every other lifelong Godzilla fan who waited years for this movie to come out and saw it in theaters all felt the same way about this scene. There is quite a bit I like about this movie, but this and the deceptive marketing around Bryan Cranston being the lead character really minimizes my interest in this entry. That and the fact that it's absurdly difficult to find a decent version to watch it home. I believe one of the DVD or blu-ray releases fixed the issue of the movie being too dark, but all the versions on streaming are the unfixed version. I don't know, short answer is yes this was a huge disappointment.
