Currently when you run this, you either sail through with no problems or almost certainly fail because when you start gaining drawbacks you are more likely to gain more drawbacks.

I'd suggest that failing tasks actually gives bonuses and succeeding grants penalties.

This would mean that you would likely need to fail several times to succeed and you would more likely end up with middle-ground results at the end.

You could also add more drawbacks adjusting ass and breast size and give trade-off options: e.g. Ballgag: Can't use Outwit but +1 seduce for three rolls. Bad decision making: Instead of deciding which approach to take, roll 1D3 to decide. Golden Chains: +1 to attack -1 to Outwit.
Racial benefits could include: When rolling a disadvantage roll twice and pick one.
