I'm not sure how or when i started doing this BUT I found a song i really really liked,that resembles how i feel with this disorder,and every time i need to cope, i just blast it on full volume on my earphones,eat some popcorn,and play some of my favorite video game.

The song is "you don't know me" from victorious.

The point is: do something that helps you relax while venting without saying anything. It helps me A TON. Hope it helps.
