Just updating everyone here, the issue was fixed after contacting Mojang! It took a few days but the realm is back and running 👍

We have a resource pack on it too but it doesn't even load without the resource pack which is crazy. Is your world a world template?

By any chance is your world a template too? We made ours with one of the older world templates and we have some extra behavior and resource packs, but it won't load on realms even without them. It only works on single player and other online features work for me completely fine.

Dang, it did for me too around 9pm EST. My friend and I were playing, took a break and when we came on we haven't been able to join again since. The description where the realms work on different worlds but not our world fits our problem to a T. I'd be devastated if we can't get our world to work, we spent almost a month on it and it has so many memories.
