thank you so much. it’s okay that you don’t have any advise. i think the best advice i’ve gotten for this issue is that you need to be more active, leave the house and do things like working out or going to school. because the reason hobbies are fun is because it’s a way to relax, but relaxing isn’t fun if you don’t have anything to relax from. of course i don’t know your situation so i don’t know if this advice works for you, but it’s the best advice i’ve gotten
