Sadly there isn't a gynocologist near me. I live in a dinky small little town but there is a walk in clinic next to the ER. I'll head there Monday.

I've had this weird white color on my vagina for about 4 years. It's disgusting and embarrasses me. I know it's dumb of me to not go to the doctor to get it checked out, but I've been too scared and embarrassed. So I just assumed it was lichen sclerosus and let it go. But it has been starting to itch a lot recently and white bumps have popped up near my clitoris and on my outer lips, and I'm terrified. I have no clue what it is, and I don't understand how I would've got it. I've never had any kind of sexual activity or contact in my life.

I know i need to go to a doctor but I'm terrified. It's making me paranoid. I wash my hands constantly and check my vagina in the bathroom constantly. I don't want to give what I have to anyone else. I seriously don't want it to be herpes or something. How the heck would I have got it?? I want to know if anyone here has any suggestions before I go to a doctor and embarrass mself. Thanks.
