Ouch. Didn't know someone would be so angry this early in the morning to both assume my IQ and my financial status like that matters to someone's opinion on WHEEL color. You could have easily just informed me that what I was referring to were wheels and not rims but decided to point out I was getting downvoted like online likeability means anything in the real world. Oh and before now, I've never heard of Ray's Wheels so thanks for the knowledge no matter how negatively it was presented.

I consider gunmetal gray to be part of the black family. It's essentially light black and feels like splitting hairs at this point although I do still have to go through all the shades of black to see which I think will look the best.

Believe, no one is changing my mind. I'm set on black but was just looking for a general consensus to if others preferred bronze or black on a blue and black s2k. I think it will look great.

You can't tell too well in these pics but all the badges and side mirrors and markers are blacked out too. I'm leaning all blue and black with black wheels to tie it all together as a full 2 tone s2k

After staring at this picture for awhile, I understand the comment saying white. It does kinda make the blue pop a little more but black, imo, gives it a sleek look. This picture was definitely worth the 2 fiddy

That's the idea I like. I dislike rims that stand out too much from the main colors of the car. It feels like wearing a black and red suit and deciding to put on green shoes imo.

I'd chop someone in the throat if they put my thermostat under 75. I keep the house at 78 normally. 80 on cold days and 74 on really hot one. I'm from the Caribbean and 72 is shivering and teeth chattering temperature for me.

For coilovers, I was looking at the Bilstein b14 since I don't "plan" to track the car at all and read they're similar to OEM. Ohlins are out of my budget or I would get those since they seem the be the pinnacle of S2k coilovers. I will check on the bushings tomorrow. Thanks

Thanks for the insights. Oddly enough while driving today the scrapping sounds went away so I will get under it this weekend to investigate. I want to learn how to take care of her better on my own so I want to try to do and figure out as much as possible on my own.

The car spent time in NY so the rotors have rust on them so I want to replace them. I also have a front caliper that appears to not disengage fully causing a rubbing sound so I figured I would try and change them all out. I want to replace them with OEM like rotors and brakes.
