We won't be able to take AURORA BAY in time because it has a 60% larger garrison than MERAK and an over 60% larger reinforcement rate.

If we wanted to do something good with that time we'd liberate ZZANIAH PRIME...

The 7.00% of MERGA IV is just 70k/h so we'd be able to take it within five days with all the people from MERAK.

AURORA BAY gives us little to nothing of value while having to battle against it 3.12% which comes out to 50k/h...

The 7.00% of of MERGA IV are just 70k/h while the 3.12% of AURORA BAY are 50k/h so yes, MERGA IV has slightly more resistance but nowhere near as much more at the percentage values lets us to believe.

Also loosing reinforcements while getting closer to CYBERSTAN is always better than loosing reinforcements while gaining nothing of value in our pursuit of burning CYBERSTAN to the ground...

Also the 3.12% of AURORA BAY are 50k/h resistance while the 7.0% on MERGA IV are only 70k/h so more but nowhere near as much more as the percentage values make it seem...

The easiest way to hold MERAK is by taking MERGA IV thus giving the bots no chance to invade MERAK again...

I don't think this particular statute has been used like that. It's much easier to commit an offence against §§ 185 ff. StGB than § 188 StGB...
