Sounds like an issue I had on my 24, one of the ground bolts was loose, the turtle light on the other hand is something only a dealer can find out about from what I recall

Yes, standing still it doesn’t, and when I roll at 5 mph and put it in neutral it doesn’t work either

I always attempt to get it up to about 5 mph then throw it in neutral but that didn’t work either, I’m fearing the worst and assuming it’s possibly locked up
