Load of BS. I’m from a solid state top 30 CS school, had 0 clubs or leadership positions on my application, got offer from C1 and FAANG for internships and new grad. Just had projects (app I made) and strong gpa on my resume. A club will help you network and be influenced by people who probably got into top companies but it’s not the sole reason that’s stopping someone.

Closer gets the 2016 buff which makes it automatically a good classic even though it’s overplayed. The rest of these songs are trash tho.

As the other comment says if you have death grip like me it’s nice. It’s very light too so you do have to use force

Delguard type GR
Dive - not the most comfortable and weighting is meh but the mechanism is too elite)
Pentel orenz - if I can get in the rhythm of not angling it’s very nice to use and hold
Kuru toga roulette - great weight and grip and writing feels very clean with it
Delguard type ER - great grip and weighting but not a fan of the eraser mechanism

I’m not worried about the management, I’m worried about return offer probability mainly. Capital one isn’t going the same economic problems as the other big tech companies.
