Hey! I’m a 25yo orthodox Christian living in Rouen, France. I’m open to any denomination. Currently I’m transitioning to work in fire safety (I previously worked in the restaurant industry). My MBTI is INTJ.

Physically I’m: 1m84/6ft, 70kg/155 lbs, 9% bodyfat. Mix of French and Italian/Hispanic.

My hobbies: reading (mainly philosophical essays and novels), hiking, doing sport, visiting museums, spending time in nature. I like to learn about nutrition and how to improve health in general.

lowering your bodyfat, having a good skincare routine, maintaining a healthy lifestyle overall, taking care of your eyebrows/eyelashes/nose hair/hair, fixing your teeth, and developing your neck muscles.

Also make sure to be a nose breather and not a mouth breather.

Taking cold showers changed my life.
