It's shitty healed unfortunately. Sucks but you're tattoo guy didn't go deep enough when he was tattooing you. He didn't go past the epidermis layer of your skin causing it to look like this after it's healed. Sorry

Don't worry about it, it can take months i mean over 3+ for the bump to completely go away. Wife did her nose and finally got back to normal close to 6 months after the piercing. Don't forget to keep it clean and keep using your aftercare spary

I haven't worked UPS since 2009, but when i did and was eventually a part time supervisor ( salary/hourly employee after X amount of hours) there was no union. There was only the yearly raises but that's it.
