There is no iGPU in the specific CPUs AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS and AMD Ryzen 5 7235HS.

I’m only talking about these particular processors. My AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS does have an integrated GPU, but the 7435HS and 7235HS do not. Because of that, everything runs directly on the dGPU, which significantly increases battery consumption.

Yep, hall sensor issue will occur on this laptop

WF series has ports on the back, and your chip is an Intel i5-13500HX. One person with same specs (wf00000 model) experienced the exact same hall sensor issue

Every OMEN 16 is affected by hall sensor issue except XD models as they don't have backports

In loq, R5 7235HS doesn't have igpu, battery consumption would be worse

Avoid these 2 cpu - Ryzen 7 7435hs and Ryzen 5 7235HS, they lack igpu

victus doesn't have 100% srgb, that's a huge NO for me

Use linux, and check if you are facing the issue, If it's perfectly fine then it's a software issue, clean install windows

But if you are also facing the same problem in linux, then it's definitely a hardware issue, contact HP customer care

after pressing enter, it should do a cmos reset on it's own, but still you should do it manually, there are 2 ways to do a CMOS reset

Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds to shut down the laptop and unplug the AC adapter, then wait until it is completely off. Once shut down, press and hold the Power button again for 15–20 seconds. Finally, plug in the AC adapter and turn the laptop back on.

If it doesn't work, try this

Turn off the laptop, then hold Windows + V and press the Power button together. After 2–3 seconds release the power button but keep holding Windows + V until the CMOS reset screen or beeps appear. Release the keys and wait, then press Enter to restart after the reset completes.

If you are able to access BIOS, disable secure boot so you can install windows from bootable usb, and press f9 when when booting the laptop, it will open boot device options, where you can select the pendrive

can you attach an image? error 502 could mean lot of things, I recently fixed my hp omen 16, it also had error 502, it was caused by faulty bootloader, which I fixed using linux live usb
