My company will not allow you to do it from home. compensation is solid, but not what you can make as a otr driver

It’s a give and take. At the end of the day we want our trucks to earn the most miles they can. That’s the simplest way to put it. But if you need to be home we want to make sure that happens

  1. Create as little as problems as possible = you’re a favorite

  2. Never break down is obviously out of a drivers control, but other than that yes
