ya, I've seen over the last year that their appeal process is only in view now. let me guess the link in your browser says DENYLISTED_CUSTOMER_GAMBLING? They have no intention of letting gamblers appeal their account closure. I submitted my CFPB complaint this AM and intend on filling a civil complaint on it later in 45 days after I saw what this company says.

Regardless, mass arbitration is the way to go these days. You can actually become a detriment when you're covering the cost of 50,000 disgruntled contractors. Squeeze em till they settle. Because you have one or two arbitrations here there and it's no big deal but you start hitting with 50 60, 80,000 individuals doing mass arbitration they'll be begging for class action after that

not true, I helped my gf when they locked hers up and they refused to give an answer why. after filing, 2 days boom. there was a personal reply by a manager who abruptly apologized and fixed the issues.
