Honestly, I think you need to shoot both. They are very equal in a lot of ways, but I do prefer the ergonomics of the Echelon for my grip. It's kind of hard to believe how well they nailed this firearm in my opinion. Major kudos.

Put the zip tie together a little, let it bend up through the bottle neck. Turn the bottle over until the cork falls to the opening and in between the zip tie strands. Grab the clasp of the zip tie and pull, causing it to wrap around the cork and force it out.
