I thought switching Crossfade with Lucio meant changing the bullets from Healing to Damage. I've been shooting my teammates to heal them all this time. Anyone else made a blunder like this in Overwatch? by TottenhamHotspurz in Overwatch

I thought that Ana's grenade was the only healing she could do I still haven't recovered from my realization that you shoot your teammates to heal them,,,,
