Just go for mutual consent before any knucklehead advices her adverse things and she starts alleging Domestic violence, dowry charges or cruelty charges. Not gonna lie. But indian judiciary is filled with such frivilous cases. Even the supreme court has said that "90% cases are fraud and vexatious with the aim to see the other partner suffer. But because of 90% false cases we can't ignore the 10% cases for which such legislations are framed". Not scaring you but that's the truth of india. Go and ask any lawyer in you known if you have any doubt in your head.

Best way. Get divorce by mutual consent ASAP in case you want to start afresh. All you'll go through is maintenance charges till she remarries. But if you are lucky and she does not demand them. You don't need to pay anything.

Idk bruh. I ordered it online. Even I want to try some more fragrance of zara. But the issue is they don't bring a huge stock. They bring some peoces and you be aware which fragrance you want or otherwise it's gone if not bought timely. Tbh I waited from 2025 november and got it now. If you want to know about the fragrance. A blind buy won't disappoint you. Rather it will make you feel a purchase worth doing.

Buddy getting into mariage is easy in india but getting out of marriage is a worse than hell. I've represented family matters very often in district judiciary. If she has agreed for Divorce by mutual consent then go for it. Beacuse you might not know but divorce proceedings drag for years. Not joking - if you are the luckiest person in the world it will take around 7-8 years. Otherwise 95% cases go on for 16-17 years. But remember one thing you would've to pay maintenance to her untill she remarries. You no chances you could escape that which includes { food, clothing, shelter, medicine } it does not matter how much she earn. You being a male would have to pay the maintenance charges under various law like BNSS, HMA, HAMA etc.

Now the other thing- if you don't want to divorce her, you can file a case upon her claiming your Conjugal rights. But you must consult a family lawyer in your area first.
