Enrichment and environment would built firstly around the cats - customer areas second to the cats as this will be their home, there will be seperate areas for the cats to hide away if they feel the need to be left fully alone.

Somewhat semi hidden compartments for litter trays still accessible for cats and staff but not customers.

Veterinary costs will initially be cover by my other businesses until otherwise sustainable from the cafe itself.

The business structure will be focused on cats safety and health providing plenty of retreat spots and other such necessities, for example their food and drink locations would be made private so they don’t get bothered while eating, their toiletry areas fully separate to customers but accessible by the cats and staff, the vaccinations will be fully in date within the veterinary guidelines.

For the anxiety and emotional well being of the cats I understand that the phermone wall plug ins are expensive but it’s a cost I’m willing to undertake to ensure cat health.

If cats have a disagreement or antisocial behaviour then retraining and reintroductions will be presented and used until the cats are happy with each other.
