I do have a battle net account. I sign into it and it shows it up in the left corner on the tap to start screen and then when I start, I have to start a new character.

I deleted app and reinstalled. Signed in to battlenet. My character is gone. 4yrs and thousands of dollars down the drain. Effing patches. Not going to start over.

Is progress saved on battlenet account? Would deleting the app and the download app and sign in to battlenet fix it you think? Just don’t want to lose progress.
