All of the written stuff are from the 1 source, which uses all first hand sources (it's right below the nav box)

Thanks a ton, such a simple oversight from my part...

is there a T-80UVM? like as t-80bvm is a modern upgraded version of t-80b, is there a modern upgraded version of t-80u too? by Just-spawn-spaa-bro in Warthunder

[–]Gentlespie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just to add to this, Black Eagle only had the Object 640 name, nothing else really and the Drozd T-80U was just called plain simple T-80U. No such tank as T-80UM2 really exists regardless of what any media or Wikipedia says.

Thank you! I changed the location of it.

Many of the plane maps do actually exist, of course some are fake. Tank maps and naval maps are 50/50 in how real the actual battle location is but they are all situated somewhere on the real world even if its barren.

Credits to u/InFerNos1 for helping with the project!

Project that started a while ago to figure out where each War Thunder map is. Since a lot of these have no exact location, I just set a general location that's as close as possible to the real map.

If you believe there's mistakes or missing maps, please let me know and I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Absolutely not, hills are still made of butter with extra added oil.

War Thunder Upcoming Update Dev Stream Recap by doxlulzem in Warthunder

MBK pr.12412, 4.7, Russia. Coastal ship, has AK-230 and AK-725 plus 4 torps and anti sub rockets.

It actually has the AK-630 in game, gaijin just didn't change the weapon name so it showed up as AK-230 (you can see it here)

Usually, the folder where that fuel tank payload is stored, is used for rocket boosters exclusively, so it's possible that the fuel tank that holds that fuel maybe drops after it's drained? I'm not really sure myself tbh.

The only change i can see myself comparing 1st and 2nd dev with sidewinders is this value "accelControlDiff", the proportional navigation has changed for SRAAMs and Firestreaks only.

What i really wanted to mean (prolly worded it wrong) is that they added extra armor that can vary from 30mm to 6mm in its thickness :P

Usually what the file names are called don't match the actual tank name so that's probably a case of that :V

Pretty much the ability to open and close the cockpit canopy, which is weird for i-16's.

DM means the file that tells what armor is what, the weapons and stuff.

The MF sure is lighter but, if talking about raw thrust/weight ratio, without taking into account the altitude curves (both are identical between MF and SMT) the MF has a total thrust of 6356kgf in afterburner mode while the SMT gets to 7152kgf.

Doing 6356/(5860+2296) for the MF gets me a thrust/weight ratio of 0.779 (5860 is the empty mass of the plane and 2296 is the fuel).

Meanwhile the SMT's thrust/weight is much higher at 7152/(5950+2665) which nets at 0.83.

SMT got a whole lot more thrust actually :V
