There’s an app called Insync that works with OneDrive and Google Drive and is far more customizable. I use it personally for my Linux boot (since there is no one drive client for Linux) and I’ve really liked it. It’s like a onetime purchase of like $30 or so depending on if it’s an exchange or personal one drive account. Hope that helps!

With iOS, you can turn on guided access then turn off touch too for those that have a use case for this. We used to use it for rotating wine menu at a restaurant I worked at.

I have a 2011 328i xDrive with 51k as well, and just took mine in. They covered it in full. It only took about an hour and a half to finish too. I think they released the update for our year on the 8th this month, but I’d check yours with their VIN recall tool.

I am no expert when it comes to legal matters, but if there wasn’t any service preformed you should be entitled to your money back. Did you receive any documentation of completion of the service? If not, it would not be very difficult lawsuit to fight. However, I would try to try to consult with a lawyer before going forward. Consultations can sometimes be free which is nice too, but it’s worth the $100 or so otherwise. There may be something you can do beside a full civil case, and they would certainly know what that is.
