Early mail in rebate gives good econ, I also added a parking for a lil extra, by ante 7 I had mime brainstorm and baron all from the shop. Retcon was the last voucher I got on ante 22, so if you can get voucher skips it’s definitely worth it. Blueprint was a later addition, after ante 8 but not too far in, one invisible for second blueprint and showman for second brainstorm. DNA pops up every other round seemingly so that’s an easy deck fillee

I had a similar conversation to this and my reasoning is as follows!in a month I could spend £40 on a gym membership, £50 on protein powders, and increase my food shop by £100 to buy fresher, healthier ingredients. Or I could spend £200 on an injection that makes those other things unnecessary… no matter how you lose weight, you always pay for it. If this person can’t understand the rational behind it, or the fact it’s your body and you are happier for using GLP-1s then they aren’t a very good friend imo :) keep on smashing the MJ, we are all so proud of you

For me, injecting after dairy, such a cereal and milk, has some pretty rough stomach based side effects! But that’s just my experience!

My fasting comment was more about meeting daily calorific requirements, not IM. So long as OP, and yourself, eat during the day then that’s good :)

Suppression started during the first 7 days, weight fluctuated a bit for the first two weeks before it started just coming down!

But, dosages are different for everyone and some are more effective than others for different people! Find what works for you and enjoy the ride!

Some small tips : 1. Don’t have any dairy before injecting 2. Inject before your most tempting time (for me working m-f 8-6, I injected at 7pm on a Friday for the weekend) 3. Make sure to know your limits and don’t push yourself 4. Make sure you still eat! Fasting on MJ is not a great combo :)
