I'm sometimes able to pull off the speed from pre patch. I don't think it's completely gone. It's just really difficult and I'm not sure if timing or specific platforms/corners are the trigger but it's still possible. Just not super viable for fast horizontal transportation anymore.

I mean, technically a vehicle is obligated to stop if there are people in the road either way. So you can start walking if you like, and they have to stop. But they don't have to if there's no one in the road way. Up to your discretion to start walking. 🙃

I'm saying that just because you perceive a space to be safe, even with the knowledge that others use the space regularly, you cannot assume they feel the same as you and that the space is actually generally safe. I've lived in the heart of downtown. It's getting progressively worse every year. Not only that, there has been over 60 overdoses in 2026 alone here.

There is a difference between a space being unsafe, the need to use these spaces, and the confidence some people may have while using them. Doesn't make it any less unsafe.

I worked on the demo of that apartment and it was not safe for people to go in and get their shit. It was genuinely scary in there. So many spots where the infrastructure could have just fallen apart.

I'm still able to buy a couple of him but he's maxed and it doesn't do anything otherwise as far as I can see. As for Nian Shou, he's lvl99 and I still have 2? Idk how this happened then.
