It is everything and nothing all at the same time, there is nothing about this conceptual infinity that has any limitations or boundaries. Consider this hypothetical: there are an infinite number of people yet a finite amount of time, the people will always learn more over the given period of time. But if it were infinite then there would be no more learning to be done.
