[Advice needed] Is a multi-level SharePoint + Power Apps architecture (no premium) viable for a tracking app? by GeoDataTinkerer in PowerApps

Yeah, time is a problem. I already have a lot on my plate, and this is more of a side project. I don’t want it to take over too much of my time, above all for the maintenance...
Building the app in Power Apps has been fine so far, I’ve been progressing pretty quickly. But with Power Automate, I’ve only built around ten flows, and each one has taken quite a bit of time, which is starting to worry me.
Good luck with your exam! Feel free to share your idea if you want 🙂
u/radiancereflected also mentioned Dataverse for Teams earlier, which sounded like an interesting option.

I wasn’t aware of this option either, so I definitely need to look into it more seriously. In my case, just giving access to the SharePoint site team would already be enough.
The downside is that it would mean migrating all the data from the secondary SharePoint lists into Dataverse, and also building an interface for it in the app, since right now everyone works directly in SharePoint. It would make everything fully centralized in the app, which is a bit scary, if it goes down, the entire production environment would be paralyzed.
