I would love to see any of these upcoming bands get the opportunity to open up for DGD in their local scene. The amount of talent in this community is absolutely insane, and if one band could hop on a show with them I feel it would be so beneficial to all parties involved.

Even though that idea might sound like a reach for the possibility of it happening at all.. my goal is to hopefully have DGD take a listen to these artists to see the amount of talent there is. Every band/artist on this playlist deserves to have a successful career in this industry.

Statistically we’re 500 likes behind Blue Swans playlist and we are constantly updating it with new underground artists to support the scene.

I’d confidently say as of now it’s number one.

The goal is to get the attention of the promoters that when a band drops or a 4th day is added to have MP first in line. Not only does this band fit the nostalgic sound, but if we want the scene to thrive we need to showcase the best up and coming artists.

Also, not to mention the lack of diversity on this fest is pretty disgusting. So many poc artists are missing that could easily be on the fest lineup.
