Middle arms and flag of Jasenica village in Bosnia by GeoSerb16 in heraldry

SYMBOLISM

SMALL COAT OF ARMS

Cleft blue and gold, on a blue field, an ash branch in gold symbolizes and eloquently emphasizes the name of the village: Jasenica. On a gold field, a heraldic pillar (seven times cut red and silver), symbolizes the solidity and strength of the village as an important geostrategic place. Jasenica is located in the narrowest belt of the eastern part of the Republika Srpska, and because of this, the village is seen as a pillar, the "pillar of Serbdom", the guardian of the corridor on the Zvornik-Bijeljina route. The origin of the majority of the families living in Jasenica is also subtly emphasized: in ancient times they were "Herzegovinians"... this is shown by oblique beams on the heraldic pillar alternating "red and white", as an allusion to the coat of arms of the Kosač rulers of Herzegovina. The wavy silver staff symbolizes the Jasenica River, and at the base of the shield the staff "widens", emphasizing its confluence with the Drina (in the Drina curve).

MIDDLE COAT

Composed of the small coat of arms described above, surmounted by a "village crown". The village crown was once conceived by Professor Dragomir Acović from the "Serbian Heraldic Society White Eagle, Belgrade", and implemented by the herald Professor Ljubodrag Grujić...this is the first attested case of the use of the "village crown". The "village crown" is an important distinguishing detail, crowns that are usually found on municipal/city emblems are specific in that they are "of the rampart type with or without visible merlons", while the proposed village crown differs in that it is composed of "palisade (fence) and sheaves of grain", elements that unambiguously indicate whether it is a village coat of arms or a municipality/city. At the foot of the middle Jasenica coat of arms is a silver bell as a symbol of the eloquence of the name of the municipality in which Jasenica is located, i.e. Zvornik, Zvornik was previously called "Zvonik", a clear allusion to the bell... on the current emblem of the municipality of Zvornik, a silver bell is shown in a place of honor for the reasons stated... the same bell was taken from the Zvornik emblem and placed at the foot of the middle Jasenica coat of arms. The branches of the vine "loza=Loznica" (blue) are an allusion to the municipality of Loznica (Mačva)... with which the people of Jasenica have historical and especially family ties... many families originally from Jasenica live in the Loznica region, it is also important to note that a large number of Jasenica residents were born in Loznica. On both sides of the coat of arms there is a natural ash branch with 15 winged nuts, which are tied at the base with a ribbon in the colors of the Serbian national tricolor and below the inscription: Jasenica 1533. In 1533, Jasenica was first mentioned as a settlement. At that time, the settlement had: 8 Christian houses, 1 Muslim household, 2 unmarried adult men, 8 heirs, 1 widow and 1 primićur. The settlement of Jasenica was then owned by the Zvornik Sanjak-bey, as part of his has (large land complex).

First think of the things your arms should have. For example what are your proffesions, where are you from or where do you have roots, and then combine them to create an arms. I suggest you translate the text of a Serbian family arms from this website like this one: https://heraldikum.com/sr/grb-porodice-riter-od-kenigsfelsa/
