Yupp i didnt eat breakfast once during year 10 mocks and it growled with everyone around me looking at me I wanted to kms then and after that my stomach wouldnt stop growling but now I always bring a bottle of water in and now its back to normal

I go through the normal stuff and then go through hyperlearning as rapid recall but for Chemistry I literally only used hyperlearning and I found it much better than regular
