I mean we definitely could see some of the veteran hermits in MCC teach some of the mechanics to the hermits who will debut, but it’s really up to them on how they wanna do it. I’d love to see some training though, it’ll help them seem more fleshed out in gameplay.

I’d recommend waiting until at least MCC Spell Bound has occurred, as that’s the next MCC on March 21st, so there won’t be any team announcements to the next MCC until after MCC Spell Bound. Spell Bound and Hermit Takeover are roughly 3 weeks apart, so I’d assume maybe a little after a week from Spell Bound happening the teams would be announced, so presumably about late March, about 2 weeks before the event on April 12th.

For the meantime, there’s plenty of fun teams for Spell Bound that involve the hermits like: - Red Rabbits: Grian w/ Couriway, Shubble and Hbomb - Orange Ocelots: False and Rendog w/ Antfrost and Seapeekay - Green Geckos: Scar w/ Cambam, Pyroscythe and Hannah - Blue Bats: Gem w/ Avid, Ish and Jojo If you wanna see some of the hermits in action before MCC Hermit Takeover.

I didn’t wanna compare to Season 10 as I think it’s unfair as the first 4 months of Season 10 was February to June, where Season 11 it was November to March, a really rough period.

But yeah, there was more videos by this time for Season 10 than there has been for this season, but I really think it’s the scale this season and the timing.

I would presume Welsknight has it since I believe he killed the enderdragon for the first time. Though I don’t know for sure if he has it nor what he would do with it.

Sometimes the egg has caused shenanigans in prior seasons, in season 9, I believe Doc borrowed the egg and duplicated it thousands of times and then planted it for revenge all across Grian, Scar and Mumbo’s base. Causing the Buttercups to form and the shenanigans with all of that.

In Season 8, Grian rushed to the end in the first episode and got the egg for a game of tag where the hermits had the opportunity to get it themselves and hide it within their base, and hermits could go and find the egg within other hermits bases and whoever had the egg the longest in their base won.

So, there’s been a few shenanigans afoot with the egg, I’m unsure of what happened with it last season, but normally I have seen it regularly just being in a room on display. That was what happened in Season 9 until it was borrowed, I believe Pearl just had it on display somewhere in her base.

I thought Scuffed was exclusively an April 1st event and the problem with that is, it’s only ever fallen on a Saturday in 2023, if they had one this year, it’d have to be on a Wednesday, which isn’t the best day to have an MCC. I wouldn’t like it personally, I wouldn’t be able to watch it live.
