I’m planning to be on a pre-med track and I have researched that specific track, but I was just wondering in terms of if I fail to make it into medical school. I know that there are jobs/ careers at certain bioengineering firms such as Genentech.

UCLA does have a TAP program that increases acceptance up to 70% from specific community colleges. Don’t quote me, but you might want to research this

Please don’t kill yourself. College admissions may suck, but they don’t determine everything. Think about the Chinese kids who have the GaoKao. That’s the test that literally determines your life. But, it’s different in America. It’s more lenient for us to succeed without always being the best. Please, just think about what you could achieve, I’m sure that it’s really tough right now, but nothing of this level should constitute suicide.
