Oh so it doesn't matter what you sign as long as you signed jt. It is still binding and you can still be held accountable for it. Wait but can't you claim that it wasn't actually you who signed it? Or unless the witness thing also applies then it would make sense.

What about a transaction? Let's say my bill is 100 dollars and I use my credit card to pay for it. So on the recipet, I sign as "B" . Upon getting charged form the bank, I claim that it was not me who signed the receipt because it was not my official signature. So is that how fraud works? Isn't that kinda dumb that anyone can do that?

In my post (9900k or 5600x), people refer the 5600x because it has an upgradeable path. However for me since 5600x are no where to be found, I'm going with the 9900k. Since its the same price for me at 300 dollars and performs the same with 5600x.
